Meet The Team

Jimmy was born and raised in the Tri-Cities. He decided to get into the plumbing profession because he enjoys meeting new people in and around his hometown area. Jimmy takes pride in his communication and problem-solving skills and has used these skills to service countless homes throughout the Tri-Cities area over the years. He has spent thousands of hours training in all aspects of plumbing to perfect his skills and accurately diagnose and repair plumbing issues both big and small.
He enjoys spending his free time with his wife Megan and two children, Little Jimmy and Carly. In the summer, the family enjoys camping trips, where they ride dirt bikes and watch dirt bike races. In the fall and winter, you will find Jimmy spending his spare time deer hunting here in his hometown, as well as in Ohio.

Megan was born in Maryland but moved to the Tri-Cities as a child. She enjoys spending her free time with her husband Jimmy and their two children Little Jimmy and Carly. Megan is a graduate of ETSU and has always had a passion to serve others. When asked what she enjoys most about her job, Megan stated, “Putting a smile on the faces of our clients is what brings me the most joy from my job. I thoroughly enjoy speaking with our clients and assuring them that we can assist in their time of need.

Rusty was born and raised in the Tri-Cities. Rusty’s spare time is spent with his wife Brandi and their two children Emmalyn and Oliver. He also enjoys watching college football on Saturday and deer hunting. Rusty got into plumbing to help people take care of the problems they’re having within their homes. When asked what Rusty feels is the best part of his job he stated, “The best part of my job is meeting new people everyday and that every job is different.”

Dakota has lived in the Jonesborough area the majority of her life. In her free time she enjoys drawing, solving puzzles, kayaking and swimming.

Jessica was born and raised in Jonesborough. She was a graduate of Northeast State Community College. Jessica enjoys her free time with her husband Salvador and their two children, Rylie and Ava. When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her at one of her kids’ sporting events or traveling.

Salvador was born and raised in the Tri-Cities. He enjoys spending time with his wife Jessica, their two daughters Rylie and Ava, and their dogs Boss and Letty. Salvador loves watching Rylie play softball, Ava cheerleading, and football in his free time. He is a die-hard Dallas Cowboy and Tennessee Vol fan. Salvador is committed to delivering top-tier services and customer satisfaction.

Kristen grew up in a Navy family and has lived in Florida, Washington, and Maryland, but has lived in Johnson City since 2011. In Kristen’s spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband Joseph and three kids, Emmalyn, River, and Ivy Belle. She loves to travel as much as possible, playing golf and taking the kids on adventures. 

Morgan has always lived in East Tennessee but moved to Johnson City about two years ago. She likes spending time at home with her husband, her two dogs, and two kittens in her free time. She loves Tennessee Vols and fall time!

Cody Mullins is a former Marine who graduated from ETSU. In his spare time, Cody enjoys working out and spending time with his family. Some of his hobbies include camping, hiking, and doing anything outdoors.

Bill Byrd was born and raised in the Tri-Cities and has worked in HVAC in this area for over 35 years! In his free time, Bill loves to spend time with his wife, Winnie, their 3 children, 4 grandchildren, and their dog. He enjoys collecting guitars and employs much of his spare time picking around on them. Bill is passionate about using his vast knowledge of Heating and Air to provide quality Heating and Air Conditioning service and products to neighbors in the Tri-Cities.

My name is Mason Wright and I was born and raised in the Tri-Cities. My hobbies are spending time with my family, watching sports, and helping out in church.

Justin Proctor lives with his wife and 4 kids. Justin has been in the HVAC trade for 24 years. He enjoys spending time with his kids in his free time.

Michael has lived in this area most of his life and loves northeast Tennessee. He enjoys the outdoors and activities such as mountain biking, hiking, and skiing. He is also very passionate about the electrical trade and the many exciting technologies that electricity makes possible!

Devon was born and raised in a small town in West Virginia. He decided to go into the electrical field because of his father whom Devon grew up watching and working alongside in the construction industry since around the age of 10. Devon enjoys doing residential service work because of the people he can meet and help solve their electrical issues. In Devon’s spare time, he enjoys fishing and spending time with his family and friends. During football season you can find him watching the Georgia Bulldawgs.

Nathan Leonard loves to hunt and fish. Anytime he’s not working, he can be found with his family or outdoors enjoying life.

Kooper Edwards was raised in Oregon and is the second born of four boys! Kooper enjoys spending his free time renovating houses and investing time and money into cars that let him down.

Ben Lawson was raised in the Tri-Cities and is passionate about helping others. He loves spending time with his family, fishing, camping and devoting much of his time to his involvement in church.

Devin was born in Bristol Virginia but now resides in Kingsport. In his free time, Devin enjoys spending time with his family including his 1 year old daughter, farming and playing video games.

Nick was born and raised in Limestone. He enjoys spending his free time with his family and engaging in activities such as fishing, golfing, and getting together with friends on Saturdays in the fall for college football. Nick’s favorite thing about being a plumber is that he gets to be a service to his community that he grew up in.

Jeremy Bruner was born and raised in Kingsport. Jeb spent some time in the Navy. In his spare time, Jeb enjoys spending time with his wife, four children and their dog Cricket camping in the mountains. Jeb’s hobbies include wood working and playing the drums.

Kyle lives in Mendota, Virginia. He enjoys working with his hands and is praised for his strong work ethic. In his free time, Kyle enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time with his girlfriend. His favorite food is pizza and will eat it 3 times a day if possible!

Hunter Hobbs was born and raised in Johnson City, TN. Hunter enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter and watching basketball.

Austin James was born and raised in Texas. In Austin’s free time, he enjoys watching college football and hunting. Austin’s favorite part of plumbing is meeting new people every day.

Devin Jennings is a very simple person. He loves to be outdoors, hanging out with friends, and working on different things. In his spare time, Devin also enjoys watching different sporting events with his family and friends.

Jerry Martin was born and raised in Arizona. He enjoys watching college football and basketball, spending time with his wife and 10-year-old daughter, and being involved in his local church playing music.

My name is Kiefer Edwards, and I grew up in the beautiful state of Oregon. I played college basketball, which instilled in me a love for competition and teamwork. Outside of sports, I’m passionate about the outdoors- hiking, rafting, and snowboarding are some of my favorite activities.

Christopher King was born and raised in South Dakota. He loves spending time with his girlfriend and their 2 cats, Athena and George. In his spare time, Chris enjoys playing video games and skiing in the winter.

Nate Stephens was born and raised in the Tri-Cities. He loves spending time with his wife and their dog. In his free time, Nate enjoys spending time outdoors going fishing, hiking, and camping.

Jack was born into a Navy family in Charlottesville, VA, and has lived by the beach for most of his childhood. He moved to Mount Carmel after high school and enjoys serving his community here in East Tennessee. In his off time, you’ll usually find him playing video games with his girlfriend, tinkering with 3D design and printing, or simply on a walk with his two German Shepherds, Cassian and Zeus.

Kruger Edwards was raised in a blue-collar family. He has been in the trades for 4 years. In Kruger’s free time, he enjoys sports and being outdoors.

Aidan was born and raised in East Tennessee. He likes to ride motorcycles and spend time with friends and family. Aidan loves being outdoors fishing and hunting.
